Grace practises Transpersonal Psychotherapy which enables her to incorporate, in a creative matrix, her interests in art, dream work, symbols, myths and images. These constitute elements of her therapeutic containing work with clients.
Grace uses her lifelong and deepening love of nature and our environmental heritage to ground her and connect her to the Archetypal Transpersonal and its healing potential.
Grace feels that Transpersonal Psychotherapy celebrates each individual's journey to wholeness. Its central belief is that there exists an essence within everyone which seeks growth and expression and which can be a source of healing. Grace works with you to explore issues to find supportive transformative solutions within a safe, confidential and containing space.
