Dates and Fees

We will deliver this course inhouse on dates to suit your organisation. We do not currently have dates to offer it as an open course, but please contact us if you would like to be on our waiting list.

Trainers

All Rowan trainers are experienced trainers as well as practising coaches. The direct coaching practice of the trainers informs and enhances the training. Each certificate group consists of between 6 and 15 trainees. Steve Coulson, Head of Coaching, is the lead trainer for this Certificate.

Course Content

This certificate course consists of 2 days initial training, followed by 3 coaching sessions to embed skills and reflect on learning and a final half-day group session.

Rowan Consultancy's Certificate in Coaching is credit rated by Edinburgh Napier University with 5 credits at SCQF Level 9. It is approved by the Association for Coaching, who have examined the content and structure of the course and sampled our evaluation strategy. Assessment is by a written assignment and skills observation.
