Kathleen is the Head of Counselling and Psychotherapy at Rowan. She originally trained in the Person-Centred Approach and integrates neuroscience, mindfulness and other approaches into her practice including working with the body. She has a specialist training and experience in working with trauma.
She is also a supervisor, trainer and consultant to other organisations and individuals. Kathleen believes that, “If we can have better relationships with ourselves and others by building self-confidence, self-acceptance, respect for self and others, and if we can find positive ways of dealing with conflict, then we can live more fulfilling lives and be better citizens in the communities where we live, work and play.”
